  • Deposit Required

    • A 30% deposit is required to place your item(s) on our plan.

    • Deposit secures your gown and/or accessory(ies) and removes it from available inventory.

  • Payment Schedule

    • Flexible payments may be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

    • Terms are available for up to 6 months from the date of your deposit.

  • Final Payment

    • All balances must be paid in full before the end of the 6-month installment period.

    • Items will not be released until the account is paid in full.

  • Missed or Late Payments

    • If no payment is made within 30 days, your plan may be subject to cancellation.

    • Cancelled layaways will be subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Alterations & Custom Orders

    • Alterations cannot begin until the item is paid in full.

  • Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be canceled

  • Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance

  • Events within 90 days require a $50 rush fee

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before pick-up

  • Custom garments are non-refundable

  • Items must be picked up within 90 days of completion or may be subject to resale

  • All sales are final

  • Accessories, undergarments, and curated (pre-owned) items are non-refundable

  • Deposit secures your order and covers initial costs.

  • Orders are released only when the full balance is paid.

  • Bridal Luxe, LLC is not responsible for damages once items leave our premises.

  • Clients are responsible for tears, stains, zipper issues, or other damages. Please handle items with care and seek professional repairs when needed.
